Acquired in 2024, the San Pedro Towne Center is a commercial strip located in San Pedro Ave., right by the North Star Mall in San Antonio, Texas. It is currently 93% occupied, with only a 7% vacancy. The center is anchored by national retailers, such as CrunchFitness and Dollar Tree, as well as medical tenants (e.g., SA Kidney and Conviva). The asset is currently stabilized and on the upside with upcoming renovations.
Denver Heights Phase 1
Developed first ten build-to-rent units across Piedmont Ave. in downtown San Antonio. All units are currently stabilized and cash-producing. The second phase of the development has started, which involves an additional 13 units spread across four lots in the Denver Heights area. Construction is expected to be completed in September of 2024, aiming for 100% of physical and economic occupancy by December of 2024. Note, that a third phase of the development is in the works, with 10-20 additional units in 2025.
Camino Bandera Plaza Development (2022)
Developed 30,000 sq ft of retail space to cater to the 1604 and Bandera Road corridor. Construction was completed in June 2020 and the site is home to a gym, drive-thru PJ’S Coffee, beauty salon, Statefarm, Dentist office, Wei Chow restaurant, and more.
North Salado Village
Acquired “North Saldo Village” as a 1301 exchange for the investors and currently this property is generating income an average of 10% CoC return.
Luxury Homes at Canyons at Scenic Loop
Developed three luxury builds at the Canyons at Scenic Community. All investors have been paid their returns as the units have been stabilized. Only one remains on the market and is projected to sell by June 2024.
Denver Heights Phase 2
